Course 2: PsychBoss — From Vision to Practice
Implementing the Systems, Offers & Structure for Cash-Based Care- You have the vision. Now it’s time to build it. This course walks you through the practical architecture of a cash-based psychiatric practice — your offers, your systems, your structure — so the practice living in your head becomes the one you actually show up to every day.
The 1:1 Immersion
Private. In-Person. Transformational.- This is the most intimate experience I offer. We work together in person — at my home and office — in a fully immersive container dedicated entirely to your vision. We map, build, and structure your practice from the ground up. No templates. No group calls. Just you, your vision, and the space to make it real.

I’m Mary
Mary Crutchfield, PMHNP-BC, FNP-C has always practiced on her own terms. Since entering psychiatric practice in 2011 and earning her PMHNP in 2016, she has opened multiple practices, consulted with PMHNPs and LCSWs across the region, and built a cash-based psychiatric practice rooted in high-touch care, deep healing work, and an expanded vision of what psychiatry can look like.
In 2017, she launched Leva Psychiatry, one of the first cash-pay psychiatric practices in Virginia Beach. What began as a deliberate move away from insurance-based care has grown into a well-respected, thriving practice offering groups, retreats, and healing modalities that go well beyond medication management. Along the way she has earned repeated Best of Coastal VA Psychiatric Practice awards, Community Impact recognition, and a reputation as the person other clinicians call when they are ready to grow something of their own.
Mary doesn’t just treat patients. She builds brands, consults, and creates. Through PsychBoss, she brings everything she has learned into courses and immersive experiences designed for the clinician who is ready to practice with more creativity, freedom, and intention.

Do I need to be in cash-based practice already to take Course 2?
Not at all. Course 2 meets you where you are and walks you through everything you need to build and structure a cash-based practice from the ground up.
What is the 1:1 Immersion?
The 1:1 Immersion is a fully private, hands-on experience that includes lodging and dedicated time working together in the office. Every aspect is tailored specifically to your practice, your vision, and your goals. It is the most personalized and high-touch experience PsychBoss offers.
